All mats, blocks, belts, blankets and bolsters are supplied, so you don't have to bring anything along but please feel free to bring your own if you have them
We also ask you to fill in short health questionnaire with some other contact information before your first class. You can download it here, print it off and fill it in at home to save you time if you would like. Just bring it along to your first class.
