The Main Dance Hall at Mayhem Theatre Arts offers a different setting for yoga compared to our other venues.
It's easily reachable from Hertford, Ware, Broxbourne, Wormley, Stanstead Abbotts and the surrounding areas.
The yoga class started here in October 2018, and again, has gained some really friendly yogis, so you don't have to feel nervous coming along.
The Main Dance Studio is a medium sized room that can hold up to fifteen mats. The mirrored walls offer something different to our other venues, and it works really well.
During each class you'll learn all aspects of yoga from the basic postures (Asanas) to more challenging poses.
Each month has a particular theme to focus on, so your class always offers something new to learn, as well as you benefitting from a regular physical Hatha yoga practice. We finish every class with a relaxation session (Savasana) so you feel nice and relaxed at the end of each practice.
Adults of all ages and abilities are welcome as modifications are given for all postures depending on your ability. In yoga we all work within and respect our own individual boundaries.
