Some of you will be aware that due to an unfortunate recent incident after our Wednesday evening class that we’ve had to think about moving our Monday and Wednesday evening classes away from The Space in Broxbourne.
We need to confirm that we have now moved both those classes to The United Reformed Church in Broxbourne and will take effect from Monday 14th October onwards.
The Space has been our home on a Monday and Wednesday evening for six years now and we’re really sad that we feel we need to move away. It’s not something we expected to do, and we’ve not taken moving lightly but we felt we had to move for the benefit of our students and our classes. We hope you understand.

Sunday Morning Class
Good news. Our Sunday morning class at The Space will be remaining completely unaffected.
The United Reformed Church
So, as of Monday 12th October we’ll be moving our Monday and Wednesday evening classes just across the recreation ground to The United Reformed Church - literally sixty seconds walk from The Space - so don’t panic, in terms of where the classes are moving, it’s almost in the same place.
The United Reformed Church has on-site parking at the rear of the building, a large hall with plenty of room and under floor heating in the Winter. This will enable many of you to relax a lot more when coming to class.
Monday
We can’t get into the main hall until 7:15pm, and we really like having the class set up for you so you can just come in and get ready for your class. So if you could get to class for about 7:25pm we should be ready. This will also allow time for the car park to clear too so you can get parked up.
Wednesday
We need to point out that there are three Wednesday classes that will be an hour earlier than usual (6:00pm - 7:00pm). We’re really sorry about this but it won’t be a regular occurrence - it’s just until the end of 2026 so don’t worry. The dates for these temporary class times are:
- 21st October 6:00pm - 7:00pm
- 18th November 6:00pm - 7:00pm
- 16th December 6:00pm - 7:00pm
All other Wednesday classes are 7:00pm - 8:00pm
These are all clearly marked on the website timetable and booking system. We’ll be reminding you in class and when we send our newsletter so no one should be turning up an hour late by mistake.
So Basically…
From 12th October onwards our Monday and Wednesday evening classes are moving barely a minute away to The United Reformed Church on the corner of Mill Lane.
Three of the Wednesday classes are an hour earlier from 6:00pm - 7:00pm (just for 2026).
Everything is now updated on the booking page and website. Your booking confirmation has some information on it to help you get used to the new venue and especially the temporary earlier Wednesday dates and times.
