Due to the kindness of Michael from Gisby Harrison Solicitors we're able to start running some regular outdoor classses in Goffs Oak from 27th June .
Insurance limitations means classes for the moment will be limited to five people but we intend to run the them until we know what’s happening with our regular classes or we break for Xmas, whichever comes first…
We wanted to make the point of these classes being as relaxed as possible, so all equipment will be provided as usual but if you want to bring your own mat or props then feel free to do so. Just use common sense if you feel unwell.
We’ll space the mats out a bit but please please please relax and just come along to enjoy a bit of yoga outdoors and we look forward to seeing some of you there…
This isn’t going to affect our online classes and we’ll be carrying on recording those each week as we have been.

Drive into Doverfield, then turn into the first set of gates on your left. There is plenty of parking on your right hand side as you go round.
Bad Weather & Booking
We'll let you know if rain or chilly weather is going to stop play well in advance via text.
Booking is now open on the website, so just go on like usual and reserve a space. You can pay beforehand if you like or with cash or card on the day, it's entirely up to you.
The only thing we ask is if you can't make it, please let us know well in advance so someone else can have your spot if you can't make it.
