We’re glad to be adding another class to our timetable for next year at the Cedars Park Meeting Room in Cheshunt starting from Tuesday 15th January 2019.

The class will run every Tuesday, between 12pm - 1pm, which means it will be finished before the rush hour traffic starts.

The new time will also give current members the option of getting a class if you can’t get booked on to the morning class, or if you can’t make the morning class and didn’t want to miss your practice.

For new members, the class is suitable for adults of all ages and ability levels as modifications are given for all postures.

All equipment is provided, so you can just come along without worrying.

About The Class

Every month the classes have an underlying theme running through them, where you might learn a little bit about the history of yoga for example, as well as enjoying all the benefits of a regular physical yoga practice.

The morning class has been running for around four years now, with some members coming along since the class began. It’s gradually developed into a warm and friendly class with lovely people, and we hope the new class develops the same way.

Reserving a Space Online

The Meeting Room has enough room for twelve people, and the class effectively runs as a drop-in, but we kindly ask that you reserve a place online using the “Book your class now” button at the top of the website. This gives us an idea of who’s coming along, and also saves you a wasted trip if the class is fully booked out, and is generally much fairer for everyone.

We don’t offer any protracted membership packages — just reserve a space online and come along when it suits you.

About Cedars Park

Cedars Park is a lovely place to practice yoga all year round, with a surprising history behind it too.

It’s great for a walk before or after your class. There’s a cafe right next to the Meeting Room where you can have a coffee and something to eat if you wanted too.

About Vicky

Vicky has been practising yoga for almost twenty years now, and been teaching for over four years. She believes that the breath is the key to understanding yoga and developing the yoga postures, and her classes reflect this.

She feels that yoga should be for everyone, regardless of age and ability level, and her kind and gentle nature makes everyone feel they’re achieving in her classes.
