We were really pleased earlier in the year to be asked to run a couple of yoga classes as part of a free health & wellbeing community event being organised by Hatfield House during May.

If you’ve never been to Hatfield House before, it really is a beautiful and historic place.

The Event

The event will be taking place on Saturday 18th May 2019 from 11:00am - 4:00pm.

There are numerous physical activities taking place on the day, as well as yoga, and there’ll be a few stalls to browse dotted around the grounds too. The River Cottage Restaurant will also be open serving organic food on the day and selling smoothies on the cricket pitch.

Entry to the grounds, and any of the activities are FREE but please reserve yourself a space for any activities you might fancy trying. You only have to pay to enter the main house, which is entirely up to you.

You can view more information on the official Hatfield House website here.

The Yoga Classes

Both classes will be outside, with the first in the Stable Yard from 11:30am - 12:30pm and will be more of an energising sequence with lots of standing poses, twists, and playful balances.

The second class will take place in front of the Main House from 2:00pm - 3:00pm, this session will be more calming with forward bends and hip openers.

Saturday 18th May 2019 from 11:00am - 4:00pm.

Spaces for the yoga classes are limited to 20 people, so please make sure you reserve a space before coming along.

It would be great to see some of you from our regular classes if you can make it.
