We have recently started our new evening Hatha Yoga class at Mayhem Theatre Arts Back Studio, Hoddesdon, every Monday from 7:15pm - 8:15pm.
As an incentive through November, we’re offering you your first class with us for FREE, and your second class at just £5.00. All classes thereafter will be the regular price of £8.50.
This offer starts from 12th November.
Simple
We keep things simple, and only ask that you reserve a space online before coming to class. Classes effectively run as drop-in, so you’re not tied in to any membership packages.
All Abilites
If you’ve never tried yoga before this is a good opportunity for you to try one or two classes to see how you find it. Our classes are suitable for adults of all ages and ability levels, as modifications and variations are given for all poses.
Just Come Along
We supply all mats and props, so you don’t have to bring anything to class but feel free to bring your own if you have them.
The Back Studio at Mayhem Theatre Arts is a lovely mirrored heated room, and comfortably fits fifteen mats. It’s a great place to practice yoga together.
