Hatha Yoga Cheshunt

This is a new Thursday evening class that will be starting on 11th July 2019.

We're really pleased to adding this class to our timetable as it now gives people the option of a class with us later in the week if Monday and Tuesday's times and days didn't suit you.

It also gives those of you that have been asking about coming twice a week that option now.

The dance studio at Goffs-Churchgate Academy is a good sized room that should help with people not being able to get booked on Monday evening classes if the day and time suit you too.

It's easily reachable from Waltham Cross, Waltham Abbey, Broxbourne, Enfield and the surrounding areas.

During each class you'll learn all aspects of yoga from the basic postures (Asanas) to more challenging poses.

Each month has a particular theme to focus on, so your class always offers something new to learn, as well as you benefitting from a regular physical Hatha yoga practice. We finish every class with a relaxation session (Savasana) so you feel nice and relaxed at the end of each practice.

Adults of all ages and abilities are welcome as modifications are given for all postures depending on your ability. In yoga we all work within and respect our own individual boundaries.
