Throughout January there will be a special offer for the Monday Goffs Oak Class where you can bring a friend along for free. If you come along to that session and have a friend, partner of a family member that might be interested in trying yoga they will get their first class for FREE!
It’s a nice opportunity for people to try yoga to see what it’s all about - and they have nothing to lose!
