Our yoga practice is complete time for ourselves where we often take a chance out of our busy day just to focus on being present with our mind, body and breath. From slowing down and being present you balance your energy and regain your power.

You are unltimately your own and most important teacher and yoga encourages to slow down and listen more to our physical bodies and tap into our own wisdom.

Week 1 - Awaken and Radiate

In our class we will start off waking up the whole of the body and move the spine in the seven directions as well as freeing up all the joints in the body. We will explore breathing practices that bring energy in open up fully in our poses to feel how we can radiate to feel your own power and inner strength.

Week 2 - Reconnect to Your Strength

We will connect deeply to our physical body and start to create strength and stability in our poses as well as cultivating flexibility and focus. Feeling our physical strength around the abdomen we start to feel stronger with our own inner strength and how we tackle obstacles in our life.

Week 3 - The Power of the Mind

Our mind is often called a monkey mind where we feel unsettled, restless and with constant chattering thoughts. Yoga is a toolbox to start to slow down the thoughts of the mind as we work through poses that develop concentration and focus and invite us to feel calmer as we are able to release tension and what we have been holding on to.

Week 4 - The Power of Now

There is a great deal of power in being present. Our yoga invites us to focus on one thing at a time, as we slowly work from pose to pose, exploring how the body moves and noticing what our muscles and joints feel like in that moment. We find we can notice much more and see things more clearly when we are present. In order to fund our equilibrium in life we must find the pause in our busy lives to be present.

You've always had the power my dear, you just had to learn it for yourself.
